About Marlene

Marlene Green credits a successful 12-year career in commercial real estate for developing her keen listening, negotiation, and marketing skills she puts to use every day creating a positive experience tailored for each individual client. Buyers and sellers alike can rely on Marlene to listen to their wants and needs and be there every step of the way to assist in all aspects of their transactions.

 

Marlene's goal is to help her clients make the best investment possible when buying homes and to net the most money possible when selling homes. Her passion for real estate and customer service has helped make her a top producer with the Atlanta REALTORS® Association. An Atlanta resident for 20 years, Marlene graduated from Georgia Southern with a BBA in Marketing and currently lives in East Cobb with her husband and two sons.

 

Marlene loves meeting new people and is entrenched in the local community through her volunteer work, and participation in her kids' school activities and sports leagues. When she's not busy with her clients, Marlene loves exercising, reading, designing jewelry, and being with her family and friends.
